How does Sunday Scents select its perfumes?

We select our perfumes based on its reputation, manufacturing standards, and market exposure. A perfume that may be popular in Europe may not be the same in Singapore, and vice versa. Not every new release is a good release, so we weigh it against classics and bestsellers.

We also run our perfumes by the following questions: Who are its perfumers? Which perfume house is it represented by? What are the ingredients used? How are the notes layered?

What is the difference between a Le Noir and Le Blanc?

The Le Noir range are pillars of a designer line which include classics and new releases.

The Le Blanc range are either premium or niche brands not readily available in department stores, and include limited edition releases.

Can I refill the Sunday Scents atomiser with my own perfume?

Our atomisers are designed to be experiential. Therefore, we recommend using your atomisers as such and finishing your perfumes within 6 months. The vials can be recycled under “GLASS”.

Sunday Scents will not be responsible for leaks, contamination of perfume, skin allergies and the like, should you persist to use the atomiser with your own fragrance after its use-by date. We reserve the right not to service anyone who misuses our atomisers beyond its design capability.

Are your perfumes genuine?

Yes, we only sell 100% genuine perfumes.

Sunday Scents Pte Ltd is a legal, Singapore-registered company (Co. reg. no. 201614102E).

We do not sell imitation perfumes. All our stock is obtained from trusted distributors in Singapore and New York.

Sunday Scents Pte Ltd repackages genuine designer fragrances by decanting the perfume from its original bottle into our self-manufactured atomisers. Sunday Scents Pte Ltd is not affiliated with the designer or manufacturer in any way, and we have no agreement or arrangement to repackage the perfume.

 

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you may cancel an order only if it has not yet been dispatched. Once it has been sent out, your order can not be cancelled and no refund will be given.

Can I return a perfume?

Due to the nature of our product, returns are not possible. We stand by the authenticity of our perfumes. For exceptional cases of return, please contact us and we will be in touch shortly.

What do I do if I don’t like the perfume I bought?

We are sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, perfumes are considered personal consumables and cannot be returned or exchanged. We endeavour to provide as much information as possible on the perfumes we carry, so that our customers can make informed decisions.

While we understand that perfumes are, at the end of the day, a subjective olfactory experience, we urge you not to let your perfume go to waste. Consider re-gifting it to a friend or family member – they may like what you don’t!

Why do you require my phone number?

Once your perfume has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS notification regarding delivery hours from our courier provider. This is proof that your package has not been lost and/or delivered wrongly (unless… you gave us the wrong address).

Can I request for an alternative delivery date?

Yes, you may. Please leave instructions in the notes at checkout or contact us immediately after payment. Requests will be not be entertained if your package has already been dispatched.

How long do I have to wait to receive my perfume?

Upon confirmation of your order, we have an average 2-day turnaround period to process and pack your parcel. After which, they will be dispatched by our courier provider within 2-3 working days. the 2 options we have are:

For orders under $70 – additional $3.50

For orders above $70 – free

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment due to customs restriction on flammable items. We are currently working on this and hope to make international delivers happen soon. If you are a customer from outside Singapore, please leave your contact details with us and we will be sure to get in touch once international shipping is available!

How do I track my order?
